Scope

• A rapidly-developed MVP ​of a leadership series where each department (Ops, Tech, etc.) covered where they fit in the company ecosystem and how it tied to the mission, vision, and values.

• It was a blended classroom for in-office and remote employees, presented by department heads.

• My SMEs were VPs, Chief (department) Officers, and other senior department staff.

• I needed to get buy-in from the Chief (department) Officers, and developed a presentation for them outlining topics and strategies. 

Results​

• Kirkpatrick assessments level 1 and 2 were positive, and the executive staff asked for the ​course to be included in corporate employee onboarding.
