These are a series of animated videos illustrating metaphors that a senior trainer uses to explain complex Medicare and Medicaid.

Two are shown here. One compares different Medicare/Medicaid enrollment periods to a stoplight. Another compares choosing between plans with different medication restrictions to choosing between houses with different features.

The SME is a senior trainer and coach who most telephonic agents had worked with, so we built an animated version of him to maintain relatedness.

These videos were used in various onboarding and continuing education programs. They were also included in our centralized knowledge bank, featured on Vyond's website here.
